Job Summary: The Senior Procurement Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization’s procurement strategy, vendor management, cost optimization, and timely sourcing of materials/services while ensuring quality and compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, negotiation, and contract finalization
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings
- Ensure timely availability of materials/services to support project and operational needs
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Prepare and manage procurement budgets and cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards
- Coordinate with internal departments (Projects, Finance, Design, etc.) for procurement planning
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and supply risks to make informed decisions
- Lead and mentor the procurement team
- Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, contracts, and vendor records
- Handle escalations related to delays, quality issues, or vendor disputes. Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA or relevant certification preferred
- 8–12 years of experience in procurement.
- Experience in interior Fit-out. Additional Requirements:
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Pay: ₹40,000.00
- ₹80,000.00 per month Advantages:
