Role Description

This full time, in office Field Services Engineer role is based in Dwarka. The engineer will be responsible for conducting installation, maintenance, and repairs of equipment, providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and performing preventive maintenance. Additionally, the role will involve ensuring client satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service during all interactions.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance

Robust skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support

Ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service

Possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and tasks

Technical diploma or degree in Engineering or a related field

Previous experience in industrial equipment installation or maintenance is a plus
