- Business Development at Confidential company, you will support the growth of the agency’s creator and brand partnerships. This is a full-time, work from home role. Your day-to-day work will include identifying and qualifying potential leads, assisting with outreach to creators and brands, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. You will conduct basic market research to understand trends in content creation, UGC, and influencer marketing, and help prepare pitches, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders. You will also support follow-ups with prospective partners, contribute to operational coordination for new deals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and account management. Qualifications Strong analytical skills to interpret basic market, competitor, and performance data. Effective communication skills, including explicit verbal and written communication for outreach and internal collaboration. Ability to contribute to lead generation activities, including prospecting, list building, and initial qualification. Interest or foundational skills in market research, particularly in digital media, creator economy, or influencer marketing. Customer service mindset, with the ability to engage professionally and respectfully with creators and brand representatives.
