Job Summary:
The Senior Procurement Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization’s procurement strategy, vendor management, cost optimization, and timely sourcing of materials/services while ensuring quality and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives Manage end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, negotiation, and contract finalization Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings Ensure timely availability of materials/services to support project and operational needs Monitor supplier performance and maintain robust vendor relationships Prepare and manage procurement budgets and cost control measures Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards Coordinate with internal departments (Projects, Finance, Design, etc.) for procurement planning Analyze market trends, pricing, and supply risks to make informed decisions Lead and mentor the procurement team Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, contracts, and vendor records Handle escalations related to delays, quality issues, or vendor disputes.
Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field MBA or relevant certification preferred 8–12 years of experience in procurement. Experience in interior Fit-out.
Additional Requirements: Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹40,000.00
- ₹80,000.00 per month
