Role Overview
- We are looking for an experienced and decisive Project Manager to lead the on-ground delivery of our luxury hospitality projects. This is one of the most critical roles in the organisation — you will be the bridge between our design vision and physical reality, ensuring every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the quality standards our brand demands.
- You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, leading teams of contractors, vendors, and site supervisors while maintaining close communication with clients and founders. Willingness to travel to project sites across India is essential for this role.

What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end execution of luxury hospitality interior and fit-out projects from mobilisation to final client handover
- Develop detailed project plans — scope, work breakdown structure, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation
- Manage and coordinate all site contractors, subcontractors, and specialised vendors
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship quality, drawing adherence, and safety compliance
- Track project budgets, flag cost variations, and manage change orders with proper documentation
