- Handle procurement activities for MEP materials and equipment
- Prepare, review, and submit tender documents in line with project requirements
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors for quotations and negotiations
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, standards, and tender norms
- Assist in preparing BOQ, rate analysis, and cost estimation
- Support project teams with timely procurement and documentation
- Maintain vendor database and ensure quality assurance in procurement processes ???? Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in MEP procurement and tendering
- Robust knowledge of BOQ preparation, vendor management, and tender compliance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
