Role Overview
- We are looking for an experienced and decisive Project Manager to lead the on-ground delivery of our luxury hospitality projects. This is one of the most critical roles in the organisation — you will be the bridge between our design vision and physical reality, ensuring every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the quality standards our brand demands.
- You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, leading teams of contractors, vendors, and site supervisors while maintaining close communication with clients and founders. Willingness to travel to project sites across India is essential for this role. What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end execution of luxury hospitality interior and fit-out projects from mobilisation to final client handover
- Develop detailed project plans — scope, work breakdown structure, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation
- Manage and coordinate all site contractors, subcontractors, and specialised vendors
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship quality, drawing adherence, and safety compliance
- Track project budgets, flag cost variations, and manage change orders with proper documentation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the construction and fit-out phase — manage expectations, provide regular progress updates, and resolve issues proactively
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to resolve design-site conflicts
- Ensure all regulatory approvals, NOCs, and occupancy requirements are tracked and obtained on schedule
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation — MOM, RFIs, inspection reports, snag lists, and handover records
- Provide regular reporting to founders on project health, risks, and financials What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction project management
- Proven track record of independently delivering high-value projects (₹1 Crore and above)
- Prior experience in luxury hospitality, hotel interiors, banquets, or large commercial fit-outs strongly preferred
- Solid knowledge of interior materials, construction methodology, MEP coordination, and material procurement
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for drawing review
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects across different locations simultaneously
- Willingness to travel to project sites across India, including outstation and destination locations
- Strong command over Hindi and English, both written and verbal What We Offer
