Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our paid media operations. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-performing campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, YouTube, and other relevant channels.If you understand audience psychology, know how to scale winning campaigns, and can turn ad budgets into profitable growth while maintaining strong ROAS— this role is built for you. Key Responsibilities • Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook&Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant platforms• Define campaign objectives, target audiences, budgets, and bidding strategies aligned with business goals • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, lead quality, and conversion rates • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, hooks, and audience segments to maximize campaign performance• Collaborate closely with content creators, editors, and design teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and video campaigns • Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights and growth recommendations • Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to maximizeROI and scalability• Stay updated with the latest platform trends, algorithm updates, and performance marketing strategies • Lead and mentor junior media buyers and team members on campaign strategies and optimization practices • Work closely with CRM and sales teams to improve lead quality, nurture funnels, and customer acquisition performance• Understand consumer psychology and audience behavior to strategically decide what type of campaigns, creatives, hooks, funnels, and offers should be executed for different business goals • Must know how to identify what to run, when to scale, when to pause, and how to optimize campaigns based on performance data and platform behavior• Should be capable of building performance strategies instead of just running ads mechanically Skills&Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus • 3–5 years of proven hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media management • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, and Google Analytics• Deep understanding of campaign metrics, attribution models, conversion tracking, Pixel setup, and Google Tag Manager • Experience managing monthly ad spends of ₹5L+ with proven profitable scaling results • Strong understanding of consumer psychology, ad creatives, funnel building, audience targeting, and conversion optimization• Ability to strategically think and execute campaigns according to business objectives rather than only platform execution • Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools like Google Data Studio, SEMrush, or similar platforms • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into actionable growth strategies• Excellent communication and presentation skills • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are highly preferred • Prior experience in D2C, astrology, spirituality, coaching, or digital marketing brands is a strong advantage What We Offer • Leadership role with complete ownership of performance marketing operations• Competitive salary with performance-based incentives • Opportunity to scale a fast-growing modern spirituality and astrology brand • Creative, fast-paced, and growth-focused work culture • Continuous learning through tools, trainings, and industry exposure • Collaborative environment with a passionate and ambitious team• Clear growth opportunities toward senior leadership roles Interested candidates can share their resume and portfolio directly with us.
