The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing partnerships with potential collaborators and investors, expanding Astroport's destinations, and executing business growth strategies. The role involves engaging with hospitality partners, promoting school programs and corporate retreats, negotiating contracts, and analyzing market trends. The ideal candidate will work closely with the leadership team to achieve business objectives and establish Astroport Global as a leader in its field.Qualifications Strong business development skills, including identifying new opportunities, networking, pitching, and closing deals. Understanding of marketing strategies, including market analysis, partnership promotion, and relationship-building techniques. Experience in strategic planning, data analysis, and using insights to drive business decisions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. Proven experience in the tourism, hospitality, or related experiential travel sectors is a plus. Self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with strong organizational and leadership skills.Willingness to travel as required to meet partners and explore potential destinations.
