Role Description

- We are looking for a Research Intern who can assist in esports industry research, competitive ecosystem analysis, market studies, and operational documentation.
- The role involves researching publishers, tournament ecosystems, esports trends, sponsorship landscapes, and strategic insights that support ZARX’s ongoing projects and long-term IP development.
- This is an on-site internship based in Dwarka Sector 7, Delhi. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and handling research-driven tasks.

Responsibilities

- Conduct esports and gaming industry research
- Research tournament formats, publishers, and market ecosystems
- Analyze competitors, gaming trends, and esports infrastructure
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation
- Assist in sponsorship and partnership research
- Support strategic planning and operational research tasks
- Maintain organized research databases and records

Important Requirements

- Candidate must own a laptop
- Candidate should be able to travel daily to the internship location
- This is strictly an on-site internship role
