UI/UX Web Designer (Kakkanad)

- Develop and implement user-centered design processes.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups that clearly illustrate design concepts.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and user feedback to inform design decisions.
- Translate user and business needs into intuitive design solutions across web and mobile platforms.
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Figma AI, ChatGPT, Uizard, Galileo AI) to accelerate wireframing, ideation, and design iterations. Graphic Design:
- Create visually appealing designs, graphics, and illustrations for websites, applications, and marketing materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms through creative design.
- Design compelling assets such as icons, banners, infographics, and visual content.
- Use AI-powered tools for image generation, asset creation, and rapid design prototyping (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly). Web Design & Development:
- Design and implement responsive, user-friendly websites, ensuring they are mobile-optimized.
- Collaborate with developers to create seamless web pages, optimizing user experience (UX).
- Maintain and improve the look and feel of existing websites.
- Stay up-to-date with web design trends, technologies, and best practices. Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define design requirements.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging designs for campaigns and promotions.
- Use AI tools to generate design insights, user flows, and documentation where applicable. Branding & Visual Design:
- Support branding initiatives with graphic design elements that align with company identity.
- Create and implement brand guidelines to ensure a consistent visual experience.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
- Explore AI-driven design systems and automation for maintaining consistency at scale. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven UI experience.
- Knowlegde of various AI tools
- Experience as a graphic designer is a plus.
- Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies Nice to Have:
- Experience with animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Principle).
- Knowledge of UI/UX research methodologies (A/B testing, user personas, etc.).
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Joomla). Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00
