We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive (0–2 years experience) who enjoys building connections, creating opportunities, and turning conversations into long-term customer relationships. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to business development in a dynamic and target-driven environment. This involves both office-based and field work, requiring client visits and market engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and build relationships with potential customers through calls, meetings, referrals, and other outreach activities.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services based on their needs.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospects and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales cycle.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Consistently work towards achieving assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team and company revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in company systems.
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions and act as a positive ambassador of the brand.
- Track individual performance and take proactive steps to improve results.
- Share ideas and insights that can improve customer engagement. Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a sales-related role.
- Freshers with robust communication skills and keen to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Must be fluent in English and Hindi.
- Must have good presentation and negotiation skills and willingness to do field work.
