Internal Audit Executive (Edappally)

Job Description:
- Financial Auditing
- Conduct audits of financial statements, ledgers, and accounts related to commercial vehicle sales, manufacturing, and fleet operations.
- Verify accuracy of accounting records, expense claims, and payments to vendors or dealers.
- Ensure proper capitalization of assets, inventory valuation, and revenue recognition.
- Operational & Process Auditing
- Audit production processes, supply chain, procurement, and inventory management in commercial vehicle manufacturing.
- Assess efficiency and effectiveness of dealership operations, service centers, and fleet management processes.
- Identify gaps in internal procedures and recommend improvements.
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with GST, VAT, excise duties, transport laws, and other statutory regulations related to commercial vehicles.
- Conduct risk assessments to detect fraud, mismanagement, or inefficiencies.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities as needed.
- Reporting & Recommendations
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and corrective actions.
- Monitor implementation of audit recommendations.
- Advise management on process improvements, cost optimization, and risk mitigation.
- Special Projects
- Support management in system upgrades, ERP audits, and digitalization initiatives.
- Conduct special audits (e.g., vendor audits, inventory verification, compliance checks) as requested by senior management. Pay: ₹15,000.00
