Tele Caller & Team Leader Kakkanad

Key Responsibilities Outbound Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Initiating calls to current prospects to introduce digital printers, offset machines, or signage equipment. Inbound Query Handling: Assisting customers with inquiries regarding machine specifications, pricing, and availability. Product Promotion & Pitching: Explaining the features and benefits of various printing machines and consumables to prospective buyers. Following Up: Following up on leads from marketing campaigns or previous inquiries to convert them into sales. Database Management: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, contact details, and follow-up schedules in a CRM system or Excel sheet. Meeting Targets: Achieving daily, weekly, or monthly sales/call targets. Customer Relationship Management: Building rapport with clients to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.

Requirements & Skills Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication in local language and English, with persuasive negotiation skills. Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of, or willingness to learn about, printing technology (digital, offset, flex). Experience: Previous experience as a telecaller, inside sales representative, or in a similar sales role. Proficiency: Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software). Attributes: Patience, ability to handle rejection, and high energy.
