Job Description: Solace Neurobehavioral and Child Guidance Center is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic IT Support Intern to join our team. - Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
- Troubleshoot system and network problems
- Assist in maintaining data security and backups
- Support staff with IT-related queries
- Maintain IT documentation and inventory Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: BCA / MCA / B.Tech in Computer Science / IT
- Basic knowledge of networking and system administration
- Familiarity with Windows OS and MS Office
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
