Job Responsibilities: Handle customer queries and provide support professionally Maintain positive customer relationships Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction Coordinate with different departments when required Maintain records of customer interactions Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in customer care Experience in hospitals or banks preferred Valuable communication and interpersonal skills Immediate joiners preferred Job Details: Location: Kochi InfoPark Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM Joining: Immediate joining available
