Job Title: Site Supervisor – Fresher / Trainee Company: Redporch Nest Pvt Ltd Location: Thrikkakara, Ernakulam Job Summary: Redporch Nest Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and responsible Site Supervisor (Fresher / Trainee) to join our construction team. The candidate will assist in overseeing site activities, ensuring work is carried out as per plans, quality standards, and safety guidelines. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are looking to build their career in the construction field. Key Responsibilities: Assist in supervising day-to-day site operations. Monitor work progress and report updates to senior engineers/management. Ensure work is executed as per drawings and project specifications. Coordinate with contractors, workers, and suppliers. Maintain proper site documentation and daily reports. Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed at the site. Support in material checking and inventory management. Identify and report site issues or delays promptly. Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Freshers can apply). Basic knowledge of construction processes and site management. Skills Required: Good communication skills. Basic understanding of drawings and measurements. Leadership and team coordination ability. Willingness to learn and work on-site. Problem-solving attitude. Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year experience preferred. Salary: As per company standards. Pay: ₹10,000.00
