Fitness Intern (Kakkanad)

Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Fitness Interns to join our fitness team and gain practical experience in gym operations, client handling, and fitness training. The Fitness Intern will assist trainers, support members during workouts, and learn day-to-day fitness centre operations while developing skilled fitness skills. Key Responsibilities
- Assist trainers during personal training and group sessions.
- Help members with basic exercise guidance and equipment usage.
- Support in conducting fitness assessments and member orientations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym floor and equipment.
- Observe and learn fitness training techniques and client management.
- Assist in organizing fitness events, classes, and member engagement activities.
- Ensure members follow gym safety and hygiene standards.
- Support administrative and operational tasks when required.
- Build positive relationships with members and staff.
- Stay updated with fitness trends and wellness practices. Required Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed certification/course in Fitness Training, Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of fitness equipment and workout techniques.
- Freshers and students are encouraged to apply.
- CPR & First Aid certification is an added advantage. Required Skills
