Role Overview

We are looking for a capable and hands-on HR Executive to independently manage HR operations across our business divisions. The role requires ownership, strong recruitment capability, and the ability to handle both people management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment (sales, service, workshop & support roles) Handle complete employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit) Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR documentation Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws) Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts team Handle employee grievances and disciplinary processes Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives Support performance management and appraisal processes

Requirements MBA / PG in HR or related field 2–5 years of HR experience Experience in automobile / industrial / engineering sectors preferred Solid knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced setting

Pay: ₹18,000.00
- ₹30,000.00 per month
