Telesales Representative (Kalamassery)

We are hiring enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Representatives for our UAE process. Candidates will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, handling customer inquiries, and achieving sales targets by promoting company products/services to UAE customers. Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers in the UAE.
- Explain products/services and generate sales.
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Update customer details in CRM/software.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Experience in telesales/telemarketing is preferred.
