Customer Care Associate (Kakkanad)

Company: Hometech Construction Solutions Pvt Ltd Job Summary The Customer Care Executive is responsible for managing all incoming customer enquiries and ensuring smooth communication between customers, sales teams, and internal departments. The role focuses on lead management, customer coordination, follow-ups, complaint handling, and maintaining a professional customer experience throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
· Handle all incoming customer enquiries from phone calls, WhatsApp, website, social media, walk-ins, and referrals.
· Ensure zero lead leakage by recording and tracking every enquiry properly.
· Maintain updated lead status in CRM/Excel/software systems.
· Conduct regular follow-ups with customers regarding enquiries and appointments.
· Coordinate between customers and internal teams for meetings, site visits, and project updates.
· Assist customers with basic project-related information and service details.
· Receive and record customer complaints or service issues.
· Coordinate with concerned departments for quick issue resolution.
· Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, conversions, and pending cases.
· Support sales and operations teams in customer communication.
· Ensure professional telephone etiquette and customer handling at all times. Required Skills
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Robust customer handling and coordination ability.
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email handling).
· Ability to manage multiple follow-ups and tasks.
· Professional attitude and problem-solving skills.
· Fluency in Malayalam and basic English preferred. Qualification Any Degree / Plus Two with relevant experience. Freshers can also apply. Experience 0–1 years of experience in customer care, front office, telecalling, or coordination roles preferred. Pay: ₹12,000.00
