Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Hotel Seagate is looking for an experienced and responsible Bar Manager to oversee bar operations and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily bar operations and staff

Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction

Maintain cleanliness and proper bar standards

Monitor stock, inventory, and bar supplies

Handle staff recruitment and HR-related management

Coordinate with management and staff for smooth operations

Handle customer concerns professionally

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in bar operations or hospitality

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent knowledge in staff recruitment and HR management

Good communication and customer handling ability

Knowledge of bar service standards and inventory management

Discipline and skilled behavior are mandatory

Candidates must be well-behaved and responsible

Candidates must be willing to commit to a minimum of 6 months after joining
