Role Description

This is a full time, in office role located in the Kochi Metropolitan Area for a Head
- Operations and Logistics. The role involves overseeing and managing logistics, supply chain, inventory, procurement, and warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. The selected candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the flow of goods, optimize operational processes, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining cost efficiency.

Qualifications Proficiency in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, and optimizing transportation processes Strong understanding of Inventory Management and Warehouse Operations for effective stockroom and delivery handling Experience in Procurement and vendor negotiations for effective resource and cost management Proven ability to lead and manage teams, ensuring high productivity and operational excellence Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve operational challenges effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners Experience in the steel or construction material industry will be advantageous Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

Pay: ₹50,000.00
- ₹75,000.00 per month
