Channel Sales Manager (Egmore)

Hiring: Channel Sales Manager – Real Estate Pre-Requisites:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in real estate channel sales
- Strong network with channel partners, brokers and real estate consultants
- Proven experience in generating sales through channel partners
- Fluency in English & Tamil is mandatory
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Must possess a two-wheeler and valid driving license
- Ability to conduct partner meetings and project presentations confidently
- Experience in onboarding and managing channel partners
- Robust understanding of plot and villa sales preferred
- Ability to achieve monthly sales and sourcing targets
- Good negotiation and closing skills
- Must be willing to travel extensively for partner meetings and site visits
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Professional and presentable personality
- Ability to work independently and aggressively drive business
