Hiring: Channel Sales Manager – Real Estate

Pre-Requisites: Minimum 3+ years of experience in real estate channel sales Strong network with channel partners, brokers and real estate consultants Proven experience in generating sales through channel partners Fluency in English & Tamil is mandatory Excellent communication and relationship management skills Must possess a two-wheeler and valid driving license Ability to conduct partner meetings and project presentations confidently Experience in onboarding and managing channel partners Robust understanding of plot and villa sales preferred Ability to achieve monthly sales and sourcing targets Good negotiation and closing skills Must be willing to travel extensively for partner meetings and site visits Strong follow-up and coordination skills Professional and presentable personality Ability to work independently and aggressively drive business Immediate joiners preferred
