Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, in office role for an Export Sales Manager, located in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. The work involves travel to market regions based on an annual calendar plan. The individual will lead Gramiyaa's international retail sales, owning distributor relationships, driving market expansion, and building repeatable growth systems across regions. Responsibilities include managing existing export partners, identifying new channel opportunities, tracking market performance, and working closely with internal supply chain, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless execution.What You'll DoAct as the owner for Gramiyaa's export business across key international markets, managing end-to-end growth and outcomes.Manage and strengthen relationships with ethnic retail distributor partners in the US and other active markets.Drive primary and secondary sales growth across all export retail markets.Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and strategic partners in target regions.Build and execute country-wise business plans across markets such as the US, Canada, UK, UAE, and Australia.Own export channel-level metrics: Revenue, MoM Growth, Gross Margin, and contribution margins.Drive new product launches and market entries with speed and precision.Serve as the primary point of contact for distributors and retailers.Coordinate with internal operations, production, and supply chain teams to ensure inventory availability and timely execution.Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand patterns to uncover growth opportunities.What We're Looking ForAt least 3 years of experience in export sales, FMCG sales, international business development, or distributor management.Prior experience managing export markets, distributors, or international retail channels.Experience in ethnic grocery distribution, modern retail, or international FMCG channels.Strong commercial and business development acumen.Robust relationship-building and negotiation skills.A bias for action, structured thinking, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.Experience leading teams or mentoring junior team members is a plus.Willingness to travel internationally when required.
