Enabling scalable, client‑focused operational services through email process optimisation. We are seeking an Assistant Vice President (AVP) Product Manager to support the delivery and evolution of a strategic operations platform focused on optimising email‑driven workflows. The platform is designed to transform how high‑volume, client‑initiated requests received via email are managed, prioritised, and resolved across Operations teams. The role is positioned for a senior individual contributor who brings robust execution capability, sound judgement, and experience delivering complex change across Operations and Technology in a regulated workplace. You will play a key role in delivering tangible outcomes within a broader operations transformation agenda, with a particular focus on modernising email‑based operational processes. This involves owning defined product workstreams, driving high‑quality requirements, and ensuring disciplined execution across the delivery lifecycle. The role is hands‑on and delivery‑focused, with accountability for shaping, validating, and implementing changes that improve the efficiency, scalability, and transparency of email‑driven operational work.
