Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a CCNA Coordinator located in Bengaluru South. The CCNA Coordinator will oversee the planning, configuration, and management of network systems based on Cisco technologies. Daily responsibilities include configuring network equipment, troubleshooting and resolving network issues, providing technical support, and ensuring minimal downtime. The role also involves coordinating with teams, maintaining network security, and optimizing network performance by implementing best practices in alignment with Cisco-certified methodologies. Qualifications
- Strong understanding of networking concepts including routing, switching, and VLAN configurations
- Proficiency in Cisco technologies, tools, and protocols such as TCP/IP, OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP
- Experience with network troubleshooting, performance optimization, and hardware/software upgrades
- Familiarity with maintaining network security, setting up firewalls, and monitoring systems
- Effective communication, coordination, and team collaboration skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities for technical challenges
- CCNA certification is required; CCNP or higher certification is a plus
- Prior experience in a similar role or hands-on networking experience is preferred
