Tele Calling Executive (Electronic City)

Job Title: Telecalling Company: MandiPlus Insurance Location: Bangalore Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive to join MandiPlus Insurance. The role involves engaging with mandi traders, transporters, and fruit market businesses through telecalling, generating interest, and converting leads into insurance customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to assigned leads (mandi traders, transporters, buyers, etc.)
- Explain MandiPlus insurance products in a simple and convincing manner
- Build trust and educate customers about benefits (claim support, risk coverage, etc.)
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the field sales team
- Follow up regularly to convert interested prospects into customers
- Maintain proper call records and update CRM systems
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets Requirements:
- Robust communication skills in Hindi, Kannada (English language is a plus)
- Basic understanding of sales and telecalling
- Ability to convince and handle objections
- Comfortable speaking with Mandi /market customers
- Basic knowledge of insurance is preferred (training will be provided)
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate Key Skills:
