Job purpose
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Educator to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will inspire and engage students, foster a positive learning environment, and deliver high-quality instruction in accordance with the curriculum standards. The role requires a commitment to student success and a continuous pursuit of career development.
Duties and Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences. Follow modules, learning materials, and assessments aligned with the curriculum. Create a classroom workplace conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of students. Monitor and evaluate student performance, providing feedback and support. Maintain accurate and complete records of students’ progress and development. Enforce school policies and rules and manage student behavior in the classroom. Engage in career development and stay current with best teaching practices. Collaborate with the team to plan and improve instructional practices. Follow company’s guidelines for deliverables
Qualification Criteria Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject area. Proven experience as an educator in a classroom setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using technology and digital tools for teaching and assessment.
Working Clauses & Requirements This is a Part Time/Freelance Job Will have to sign binding legal contract with Val-Ed Initiatives regarding confidentiality Punctuality according to timelines of the school
Special Clauses In the event of non-willingness to continue the working relationship, a notice period of 1 month would apply.
