Civil Engineer – Interior Projects Location: Electronic City, Bangalore Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month Experience: 3–8 Years Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering Job Summary We are hiring a skilled Civil Engineer with Interior Project Experience to handle interior fit-out and civil maintenance activities. The candidate should have strong site execution knowledge, contractor coordination skills, and experience in interior finishing works. Key Responsibilities
- Handle interior fit-out and civil execution works at site
- Supervise flooring, false ceiling, partition, painting, plumbing, and finishing works
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and clients
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely project completion
- Verify BOQ, measurements, and material usage
- Conduct quality checks and site inspections
- Manage manpower and ensure safety compliance at site
- Prepare daily and weekly project reports
- Resolve site execution and maintenance issues
- Ensure work completion as per drawings and standards Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Interior / Civil Projects
- Good knowledge of interior finishing and site coordination
- Experience in commercial or corporate interior projects preferred
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and BOQ understanding
- Good communication and team handling skills
- Ready to work on-site in Electronic City Preferred Candidate Profile
