Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Bengaluru South. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and execute HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and organizational development initiatives. The role also involves developing HR strategies, policies, and plans aligned with company goals while ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR operations and support employee engagement.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning

Proficiency in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management

Experience in Training, Development, and Organizational Change Management

In-depth knowledge of HR Policies, Labor Laws, and Compliance

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity

Proficient in HR software, tools, and employee management systems

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
