About the Role The Project Engineer serves as the critical technical backbone of our construction operations — bridging the gap between engineering design and field execution. This role is responsible for overseeing technical aspects of construction projects from inception through closeout, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers, field superintendents, subcontractors, owners, and design teams, providing hands-on engineering expertise and administrative rigor that keeps projects running smoothly. Key Responsibilities 1. Technical Engineering & Design Support Review, interpret, and enforce engineering drawings, blueprints, and project specifications. Prepare, track, and manage RFIs (Requests for Information) and submittals. Identify and resolve design conflicts or discrepancies in the field with project managers. Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle. 2. Project Planning & Scheduling Assist the Project Manager in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules.
