Job Description: Senior Manager, Retail Partnerships Location: Bengaluru, India Experience: 7-8 years Type: Full-time About Fourth Frontier Fourth Frontier builds advanced health and performance wearables designed for people who take their fitness and cardiac health seriously. Our flagship product, Frontier X2, is a continuousECG and heart-monitoring wearable trusted by athletes, runners, cyclists, and active adults globally. We also have an FDA-cleared medical device, Frontier X Plus for Afib and arrhythmia detection and a newly launched Frontier Zone, our next-gen product, focusing on Zone 2 training. We operate at the intersection of fitness, performance, and preventive health. As we scaleglobally across the USA, UK, EU, and India, we are looking for someone who can help build and expand our retail and offline distribution presence from the ground up. Role Overview We are looking for a highly driven Senior Manager, Retail Partnerships, to launch and scale Fourth Frontier’s retail presence across key global markets. This role requires someoneentrepreneurial, independent, commercially sharp, and comfortable building retail relationships from scratch. You will be responsible for identifying, pitching, onboarding, and growing strategic retail and distribution partnerships across sports retail, premium electronics, cycling/running stores,health-tech retail, wellness clinics, pharmacies, and speciality fitness channels. This is a high-ownership role for someone excited to build a global retail business within a fast- growing wearable technology company. Key Responsibilities Retail Expansion&Partnerships● Build and scale Fourth Frontier’s retail and offline distribution network across the USA, UK, EU, and India ● Identify and onboard strategic retail partners, distributors, resellers, and channel partners ● Develop pipelines across premium fitness, endurance sports, cycling, electronics,wellness, and healthcare retail channels● Build relationships with key decision-makers across retail chains and distributors ● Lead end-to-end partnership conversations, negotiations, onboarding, and execution Business Development ● Create structured outbound pipelines and partnership strategies market-wise● Develop GTM strategies for offline expansion and channel growth ● Explore opportunities in corporate wellness, medical partnerships, sports events, endurance communities, and speciality retail ● Own revenue targets and retail growth metrics Retail Experience&Merchandising● Work closely with design and marketing teams to create retail collateral, demo kits, in- store branding, packaging, displays, and sales enablement materials ● Ensure premium brand presentation across all retail touchpoints ● Collaborate on training materials for retail staff and channel partnersStakeholder Management&Reporting● Present retail traction, pipeline progress, revenue forecasts, and expansion strategies to leadership regularly ● Track retail KPIs, including sell-through, partner performance, inventory movement, and expansion opportunities ● Coordinate internally with operations, logistics, customer support, and marketing teamsto ensure smooth execution Travel&Representation● Represent Fourth Frontier at trade shows, retail meetings, expos, sports events, and partner discussions ● Travel domestically and internationally as required ● Confidently pitch the brand both in-person and virtually to global partners What We’re Looking ForMust-Have● 7-8 years of experience in retail partnerships, channel sales, business development, or offline expansion ● Prior experience scaling retail/distribution networks for consumer brands, wearables, fitness tech, electronics, health-tech, or premium lifestyle products ● Exposure to international distribution partnerships● Strong communication and presentation skills ● Ability to work independently with high ownership ● Experience managing pipelines and closing partnership deals ● Comfortable working across multiple geographies and time zones ● Willingness to travel as required Preferred● Experience working with brands similar to Garmin, Oura, WHOOP, Ultrahuman, Polar, Fitbit, or premium D2C/electronics brands ● Existing network within sports retail, electronics retail, wellness, or healthcare channels ● Understanding of retail merchandising and in-store branding
