Description
We are seeking a highly driven hunter to lead new client acquisition for our IT staffing services, with a focus on small and mid-sized businesses. This role is exclusively focused on generating new business—there are no responsibilities related to delivery, account management, or farming existing accounts .Key Responsibilities: Identify, prospect, and secure new direct clients for IT staffing services Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound efforts (LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calls) Engage with key decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, hiring managers) to understand hiring needs Convert qualified opportunities into signed staffing agreementsTransition successfully closed accounts to the internal delivery team Qualifications: Demonstrated success in B2B sales or IT staffing business development Strong prospecting and cold outreach skills with a disciplined approach Comfortable working in a target-driven, commission-based environmentProven ability to consistently generate new client accounts (“new logos”) Success Metrics: Acquisition of new clients and execution of signed staffing agreements Development of a consistent, high-quality sales pipeline Achievement of monthly and quarterly new business targets Please note: this role is focused on acquiring direct clients only. Weare not targeting implementation partners, tier-1 vendors, or other staffing vendors.
