We Are Hiring | Microsoft Power Platform Program / Delivery Lead We are looking for an experienced leader to manage and drive large-scale Microsoft Power Platform programs across delivery, governance, stakeholder management, and AI-led transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who combines: ???? Robust project/program management capability ???? Deep understanding of Microsoft technologies ???? Experience managing enterprise-scale delivery teams ???? Ability to drive AI and Agentic Automation adoption on the Microsoft stack Experience Required ???? 20+ years of overall IT experience ???? 15+ years in Microsoft technologies ???? Proven experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise programs Key Responsibilities ✅ Own end-to-end delivery of multiple Power Platform initiatives ✅ Drive planning, governance, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication ✅ Manage cross-functional teams across development, BA, QA, architecture, and support ✅ Ensure delivery quality, timelines, budgeting, and customer satisfaction ✅ Collaborate with architecture and CoE teams to establish scalable delivery models ✅ Lead adoption of AI-powered automation capabilities using:
- AI Builder
- Copilot Studio
- Microsoft Copilot ecosystem
- Agentic automation patterns Technical Understanding Expected The ideal candidate should possess strong understanding of:
