- A Spares Executive manages spare parts inventory, procurement, and supply chain operations to ensure parts are available when needed. This role involves maintaining optimal stock levels, reducing equipment or vehicle downtime, coordinating with service technicians, and fulfilling orders Inventory Management: Oversee stock control, conduct regular physical audits, and reconcile variances with ERP/SAP systems.Procurement Sourcing: Procure parts based on usage patterns, establish reorder levels, and negotiate with vendors.Supply Chain Coordination: Track shipments, handle logistics, and ensure timely delivery of critical parts to the workshop or production line.Technician Customer Support: Identify required parts, process service requests, and supply cost estimates to technicians or clients.MIS Reporting: Generate inventory reports, track rapid/slow-moving parts, and manage warranty claims or obsolete stock Exp.
