- People Partner, you will serve as a strategic liaison between HR and various business verticals, specifically focusing on Secured Risk. You will be responsible for aligning human capital strategies with organizational goals, ensuring legal compliance, and driving a high-performance culture across diverse locations and functions. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Partnering & Governance: Partner with business leaders to implement HR solutions that achieve strategic initiatives. Ensure strict adherence to legal compliance and governance. Provide guidance on department restructuring, manpower planning, and succession planning.
- Talent Management & Development: Lead the end-to-end performance management cycle to foster accountability. Design and drive learning interventions and capability-building programs. Analyze talent metrics to develop data-driven solutions and policies.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Monitor attrition trends and execute targeted retention strategies. Resolve complex employee relations issues and manage grievance platforms. Work closely with management to improve morale and productivity through engagement initiatives.
- Operational Excellence: Manage senior stakeholder relationships to influence business outcomes. Lead HR projects focused on policy review and process optimization while providing consistent guidance on HR policies. Skills and Attributes

- Leadership: Innovative team player with a track record of managing HRBP teams.
- Execution: Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
- Experience: 6–10 years of relevant HR experience, primarily in business partnering.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in NBFC or Financial Services is highly preferred, specifically supporting Sales and Business Development verticals.
