Position: Talent Acquisition Intern
Program: Hireginie Accelerate Programme
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Employment Type: Internship (with target based gaurantee for for full time role)
Stipend:
3 months Virtual Classroom Training (Recruitment certification) is unpaid.
3 Months on the Job training (paid)- 15000 Per Month
Post-Internship: Opportunity to be onboarded as a Talent Acquisition Manager with a starting CTC of 4 lacs per annum.
Must Have:
Education: Open to all; MBA or related field students preferred
Device Requirement: Bring your own Laptop/PC.
English Profiencey: Professional Level

The Hireginie Accelerate Programme is a 6-month intensive internship designed to fast-track your career in talent acquisition. You will receive hands-on training in all aspects of the recruitment process, with a focus on tech and product roles. Throughout the program, you will work alongside seasoned recruiters, gaining practical experience and insights into the recruitment industry.
