Position We are seeking a NextGen EHR Analyst to support providers and clinical staff in resolving electronic health record (EHR) workflow, documentation, routing, and encounter issues within NextGen EHR.

This role serves as both frontline support and advanced workflow troubleshooting for clinical operations. Responsibilities include supporting encounter management, templates, provider inbox workflows, task routing, clinical content validation, and escalation of system or configuration issues. You will support end users directly, document reproducible issues, assist with workflow optimization, and collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders during upgrades and issue resolution. The ideal candidate combines robust technical troubleshooting abilities with an understanding of clinical workflows and provider operations.
