Role Introduction

Joining as our first dedicated finance hire, you will take full ownership of the company’s financial operations across multiple entities (UK parent company, Indian and South African subsidiaries, and future entities).

You will work very closely with our founder, Andrew Browning, to build and scale a finance function that is accurate, productive, and designed to scale.

This is not a traditional finance role. Alongside running core finance operations, you will be responsible for designing systems, automations, and processes that eliminate manual work and enable the business to scale without adding unnecessary headcount.
