- TOP MNC looking for SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in Middle East Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).

Job Summary: ExP : 7+yrs Location : Remote/Bangalore Np: Immediate to 15days

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with robust expertise in Middle East Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll configuration, statutory compliance, and EC integration. Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support SAP HCM Payroll for Middle East countries (UAE, KSA, Qatar, etc.)
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing, including schema, rules, and payroll driver execution
- Work on Employee Central (EC) integration with SAP HCM Payroll (EC Payroll / ECP)
- Manage payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
- Handle payroll-related issues, enhancements, and support tickets
- Perform payroll testing, parallel runs, and year-end activities
