Logic Monitor Administrator (Eluru)

This role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-grade monitoring solutions across complex IT environments, including on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructures. You will play a key role in ensuring high system availability, proactive issue detection, and reliable performance visibility across critical applications and services. The position requires hands-on expertise in configuring monitoring platforms, building dashboards, and managing alerting frameworks to support business continuity. You will work closely with cross-functional IT and support teams to optimize monitoring strategies and resolve operational issues efficiently. The environment is highly technical and fast-paced, requiring strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Accountabilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain monitoring solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments to ensure end-to-end infrastructure visibility and performance tracking.
- Design and manage monitoring infrastructure, including high availability and disaster recovery configurations for business-critical systems.
- Configure and optimize Logic Monitor components such as logic modules, dashboards, alert rules, thresholds, group structures, and integrations.
- Onboard and manage monitoring for applications, services, websites, and infrastructure components to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Troubleshoot and resolve monitoring issues quickly, ensuring minimal disruption to alerting accuracy and system observability.
- Collaborate with internal and external support teams to ensure effective delivery and continuous improvement of monitoring services.
