We're a new gaming company setup by casual games veterans (e.g. Monopoly Go, etc.).

We're looking for a Unity VFX Artist / Technical Artist to create polished, high-performance in-engine VFX and UI animations.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong animation instincts, Unity technical skills, and a mobile-first optimization mindset. You will work closely with the Animation Lead, animators, artists, and developers to bring game experiences to life while keeping performance smooth across mobile devices.

✨ What You’ll Do
- Create VFX in Unity using particle systems, sprite sheets, shaders, and 2D animation tools
- Build polished UI animations, reward effects, transitions, and game-feel moments
- Optimize animations and VFX for mobile performance.
- Support the pipeline between art, animation, and development
- Create technical tools and solutions to solve animation or performance issues
- Work with asset bundles, dynamic content, and shaders
- Use AI tools to improve animation speed, workflow efficiency, and creative output
- Collaborate with the Animation Lead and receive both artistic and technical feedback

????️ What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a Unity Animator, VFX Artist, or Technical Artist in mobile gaming
- Solid understanding of mobile platform strengths and limitations
- Experience with particle systems, sprite sheets, shaders, asset bundles, and dynamic content
- AI-oriented mindset and openness to AI-driven content creation tools
- Transparent written and spoken English communication
- Portfolio showing polished mobile game VFX, UI animation, or Unity tech art
