All roles below support U.S.-based tax engagements for Elevate partner firms and work closely with onshore tax teams.

Tax Senior Associate
- Future Opportunities Experience Level: Mid-Level

Overview The Tax Senior Associate plays a lead role in executing tax engagements, supervising staff, and coordinating day-to-day activities. This role requires strong technical skills, project management capability, and the ability to mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare & review federal and state tax returns, for C-Corporations, S-Corporations, Partnerships and Individual taxation
- Perform tax research, analyze findings, and resolve complex tax issues
- Coordinate daily engagement planning and scoping
- Review workpapers prepared by staff and provide constructive feedback
- Mentor and supervise tax associates
- Communicate effectively with U.S.-based managers and team members

Skills Required
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and technical proficiency
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to high-quality client service

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of US tax returns experience in a public accounting firm preferred
- CA/CPA/EA preferred but not required
- In-depth knowledge of federal and state tax laws, including Corporate, S-Corporations, Partnership, Individual taxation
