We are seeking a energetic and results-oriented skilled to drive our growth in the global B2B agri-inputs segment, with a primary focus on the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, along with additional opportunities across Asia. The candidate should possess strong Arabic-speaking skills to effectively build relationships, manage clients, and expand business in the target markets.
Candidates currently based in the Middle East or having prior experience working and settling in the Middle East, preferably with an agriculture background, will be highly preferred.
Role and Responsibilities:
Market Expansion & Sales
Identify, develop, and onboard partners in international markets.
Formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Expand market presence across key regions.
Business Development
Explore opportunities in B2B segments.
Negotiate distributorship, licensing, and partnership agreements.
Develop customized go-to-market strategies for Targeted countries.
Regulatory & Compliance
Ensure product registration and compliance with local laws and Biostimulant regulations.
Collaborate with consultants/partners to rapid-track product approvals.
Relationship Management
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key buyers, distributors, and government agencies.
Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade shows, and industry delegations.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Conduct market trend assessments.
Provide monthly reports, forecasts, and country-specific strategies to management.
Monitor collections, Letters of Credit (LCs), and credit terms.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Master’s degree in International Business/ Agricultural/ business / administration/ marketing, or any other related field. One must have experience in agribusiness or agribusiness development
Minimum 5 years of experience in international business development, preferably in agri-inputs.
