Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Reservationist with excellent spoken English and robust familiarity with the US accent to support the group’s US-based short-term vacation rental portfolio.

This is a remote role based in India, requiring exceptional communication skills, customer empathy, and the ability to confidently engage with international guests while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Reservationists at Yonder play a critical role in managing guest interactions, reservations, and coordination across multiple property brands, directly impacting revenue, occupancy, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage guest inquiries, reservations, modifications, cancellations, and confirmations across multiple hospitality brands.

Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies in line with company policies.

Handle guest concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy, professionalism, and effective problem-solving.

Coordinate with internal teams and property partners to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining, and experiences to enhance guest satisfaction.

Identify opportunities to improve reservation workflows and overall guest experience.

Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Perform additional related duties as required to support operations.
