Job Title: PMO / AMS Project Manager – Enterprise Applications

Location: Chennai

Experience: 8–20 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a robust PMO / AMS Project Manager to manage Salesforce, Tally, and other enterprise IT application projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate should have strong project governance, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, reporting, and AMS support experience across enterprise applications. SAP experience is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end application projects and AMS engagements for Salesforce, Tally, and other enterprise applications

• Drive project governance, milestone tracking, risk management, and status reporting

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders for smooth project execution

• Manage customer communication and provide regular updates to IT leadership

• Track deliverables, timelines, SLAs, budgets, and escalations

• Ensure smooth transition from implementation to support/operations

• Support change management, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and executive presentations

Required Skills:

• Solid experience in PMO / Program Management / AMS Delivery Management

• Experience handling enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Tally, CRM, ERP, or similar platforms

• Good understanding of project governance, vendor management, and stakeholder communication

• Experience in Agile / Waterfall project methodologies

• Solid reporting, coordination, and problem-solving skills
