Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Intelex Administrator, Developer, and Support Specialist to own the administration, customization, development, and ongoing support of the Intelex EHSQ (Workplace, Health, Safety, and Quality) management platform.
This senior-level role is ideal for a technical expert who combines robust system administration skills with development capabilities and excellent end-user support experience. You will ensure the platform is highly configured, integrated, performing well, and aligned with business needs while providing advanced troubleshooting and training to users across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Configuration
Serve as the primary administrator for the Intelex platform, managing user access, security roles, permissions, and system configurations.
Design, build, and maintain workflows, forms, dashboards, reports, scorecards, and business intelligence elements.
Manage data integrity, including imports/exports, data quality audits, and synchronization with other enterprise systems.
Oversee platform upgrades, patches, and recent module implementations.
Maintain system documentation, including configuration guides, process manuals, and security matrices.
Development & Customization
Develop and customize Intelex applications using the platform’s configuration tools, scripting, and APIs.
Create automated workflows and advanced reporting solutions to meet evolving business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate EHSQ needs into technical solutions.
Support & Optimization
Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and resolving incidents efficiently.
Monitor system performance, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
