Job Title: Data Analyst Location: Remote– India Job Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. You will work closely with different teams to understand business needs and turn data into actionable recommendations. Key Responsibilities Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sourcesPrepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations Identify trends, patterns, and business insights from data Support business teams with data-driven recommendations Maintain data accuracy and ensure data quality Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements Assist in creating and maintaining databases and reportsDocument analysis processes and findings Required Skills&Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field (preferred) Basic to good knowledge of SQL and data analysis concepts Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or reporting tools Basic understanding of Python, R, or data analysis tools is a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and organizational abilities Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to interpret and present data clearly Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Internship or academic project experience in data analysis Knowledge of data visualization and dashboard creationFamiliarity with databases and data cleaning techniques Exposure to business intelligence tools and analytics platforms
